서울특별시에서는 마포 석유비축기지의 재생 및 공원화 사업을 위한 국제현상설계를 다음과 같이 공모하오니 많은 응모 바랍니다.

마포석유비축기지의 재생 및 공원화 사업을 위한 국제설계경기

공모개요

◦ 위 치 : 서울특별시 마포구 성산동 산54 일대

◦ 부지면적 : 101,510㎡ / 건축계획면적 : 5,400㎡ 이내

◦ 설계대상 : 기존 석유비축기지 내 탱크5개를 활용한 공연, 전시, 정보교류, 편의 및 관리시설 계획과

공원 조성(건축, 기계, 전기, 통신, 토목, 조경, 소방 등 일체의 설계)

추정공사비

282억원(부가세 포함)

추정설계비

15.9억원(부가세 포함)

공모방식

국내외 건축사를 대상으로 한 공개경쟁방식

참가자격

◦ 건축사법에 의한 건축사 면허를 소지하고 같은 법에 의하여 건축사사무소의 등록을 필한 자로서 건축사법 제9조의 결격사유가 없어야 함

[회사(업체)간 공동이행방식에 의한 공동응모 가능하며, 외국건축사 자격증 소지자는 건축사법 제23조 제3항 규정에 따라 국내건축사를 대표로 공동응모 가능]

◦ 응모신청 등록일부터 작품 접수기간까지 해당관청으로부터 등록 취소, 휴업, 폐업, 업무 정지 등 행정처분을 받은 자는 응모할 수 없다.

◦ 공동응모시 응모자 모두 상기 자격조건을 모두 갖추어야 하며, 과반수의 비율을 가진 응모자를 대표자로 선정해야 한다.(단 공동응모시 2개사를 초과할 수 없으며, 작품접수기간 후에는 공동응모를 변경할 수 없다)

◦ 설계경기 당선자는 계약시 전기·통신·토목·조경·소방분야 설계면허가 없는 경우에는 관련규정에 의하여 전기· 통신·토목·조경·소방분야의 설계자격자, 엔지니어링사업자, 기술사사무소를 개설한 자와 공동도급이 가능 하며, 이 경우 공동수급업체의 대표자는 건축사사무소를 개설한 자가 수행하여야 한다.

Competition outline

Location: San 54, Seongsan-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Korea

Site area: 101,510㎡ Building area: Max. 5,400㎡

Program: Performing Arts, Exhibition, Information, Convenience and Maintenance Space

Estimated Construction Cost

KRW 28.2 billion (including VAT)

Estimated Design Fee

KRW 1.59 billion (including VAT)

Competition Type

Open international competition for all licensed architects.

Eligibility

Architect should be a licensed, and should registered his/her architectural firm according to the Architect Laws of the Republic of Korea. Architect shall have no reasons for disqualification according to Article 9 of the Architect Laws of the Republic of Korea.

[Firms can jointly apply to the competition. According to Article 23 Section 8 of the Architect Laws. Foreign architects can apply to the competition through a joint agreement with an architect licensed in Korea. The architect licensed in Korea must be the representative of the team.]

During the competition period, from registration to submission, entrants subject to administrative measures including but not limited to the revocation of registrations, business closure, and suspensions shall be disqualified from this competition.

In the case of the joint application, all entrants must meet the requirements as stated above, and members of the team must appoint a representative firm. (In the case of the joint application, numbers of the firm cannot exceed (2) two.)

If the winner of the competition does not hold the applicable licenses for Electrical engineering, Civil engineering, Landscaping, and Fire Protection Engineering, the winner can co-contract with firms holding the necessary licenses. In this case, the registered architectural firm must be the representative firm.
