2. 브라질 니테로이(미주개발은행 협력)
ㅇ사 업 명 : 브라질 니테로이시 도시안전 데이터플랫폼 구축 및 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED) 기술지원
ㅇ사업내용 : 니테로이시의 도시안전 데이터 플랫폼 구축전략을 마련하고, 범죄취약지약을 대상으로 범죄예방환경설계(CPTED) 모델 적용방안 제시

3. 몰디브 말레(아시아인프라투자은행 협력)
ㅇ사 업 명 : 몰디브 말레 통합교통관리체계 구축을 위한 기술지원 사업

Official Launch of the 2025 Seoul ODA Challenge with MDB Cooperation

The Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) has officially launched the ‘2025 Seoul ODA Challenge’ in partnership with major Multilateral Development Banks (MDBs), including the World Bank (WB), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Through this initiative, Seoul will share its proven urban policy expertise to alleviate traffic congestion in Bogota (Colombia), enhance public safety for the citizens of Niterói (Brazil), and resolve transportation issues in Malé (Maldives).

■ Project Summary by City

1. Bogota, Colombia (in cooperation with World Bank)

• Project Title: Designing Bogotá’s Intelligent Congestion Charge Scheme: Incorporating Seoul’s Best Practices in Bogotá, Colombia

• Project Scope: Developing a roadmap and implementation strategies for a congestion charging system to mitigate traffic congestion in Bogota

2. Niterói, Brazil (in cooperation with IDB)

• Project Title: Technical Support for the Development of an Urban Security Data Platform and Crime Prevention through Environmental Design(CPTED) in Niteroi, Brazil

• Project Scope: Establishing a strategic plan for an urban safety data platform and proposing the application of CPTED models in crime-vulnerable areas

3. Malé, Maldives (in cooperation with AIIB)

• Project Title: Technical Assistance for the Establishment of an Integrated Traffic Management System in Malé, Maldives

• Project Scope: Designing the conceptual framework and establishing the operational system for an Integrated Transport Management Center
