서울시는 세계적인 수준의 도시정책 노하우와 기술을 개발도상국 도시들이 지속가능한 도시개발과 성장을 이루어갈 수 있도록 해당 도시들의 현안에 맞춤형으로 지원하였습니다.

1. 페루 리마
ㅇ사 업 명 : 페루 리마시 지속가능한 도시교통관리 정책자문사업
ㅇ사업내용 : 신호시스템 및 자동단속시스템 운영 및 구현을 위한 정책자문
ㅇ기대효과 : 교통혼잡도 완화, 대기오염 및 CO2 감소, 도시 안전성 및 도시접근성 강화

2. 캄보디아 프놈펜
ㅇ 사 업 명 : 캄보디아 프놈펜시 프레앙엥 보행친화거리 마스터플랜 수립
ㅇ 사업내용 : 서울시 홍대거리 벤치마킹하여, 프놈펜 중심지 보행친화거리 및 관광상권 활성화를 위한 도시 기본계획 수립 지원
ㅇ 기대효과 : 보행로 환경 개선, 친환경 관광 활성화, 관광객 유치를 통한 경제활성화

3. 스리랑카 콜롬보
ㅇ 사 업 명 : 스리랑카 콜롬보시 지속가능한 폐기물관리 체계 지원사업
ㅇ 사업내용 : 서울시 자원회수시설 벤치마킹하여, 폐기물 에너지화 시설 설립을 위한 사전 타당성조사 지원
ㅇ 기대효과 : 온실가스 배출 완화, 순환경제 활성화, 재생에너지 증가, 깨끗한 도시환경 조성

Publication of the 2024 Seoul ODA Challenge Final Reports

Seoul Metropolitan Government has successfully concluded the '2024 Seoul ODA Challenge' project, aimed at promoting sustainable development through global urban cooperation. We are pleased to announce the publication of the final reports, which detail the project journeys and key achievements for each partner city.
By sharing its world-class urban policy expertise and advanced technology, Seoul has provided customized support to address the pressing issues of developing cities, empowering them to achieve sustainable urban growth.

1. Lima, Peru

• Project Name: Building Sustainable and Efficient Mobility: Advisory on Development of an Integrated Transportation Management Platform and Automated Enforcement System in Metropolitan Lima, Peru

• Scope: Strategic policy consultancy for the implementation and operation of signal systems and automated enforcement systems

• Expected Impact: Mitigation of traffic congestion, reduction of air pollution and $CO_2$ emissions, and enhancement of urban safety and accessibility

2. Phnom Penh, Cambodia

• Project Name: Master Plan for a Pedestrian-Friendly Preah Ang Eng Street in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

• Scope: Supporting the establishment of a master plan to create pedestrian-friendly streets and revitalize tourism districts

• Expected Impact: Improvement of pedestrian environments, promotion of eco-friendly tourism, and economic revitalization by attracting more tourists.

3. Colombo, Sri Lanka

• Project Name: Pre-feasibility Study for the Establishment of a Degradable Waste Bio-gasification Plant of the City of Colombo, Sri Lanka

• Scope: Supporting a Pre-Feasibility Study (F/S) for the establishment of Waste-to-Energy (WtE) facilities

• Expected Impact: Provision of a technical roadmap for transitioning to a circular economy and sustainable waste-to-energy conversion
